The project was up scaling sustainable livelihood of unemployed and poor families residing in the areas adjoining to Surajmaninagar Station, under Agartala, West Tripura District. The project aims to empower 100 beneficiaries skill development exposure for their sustainable livelihood. The scope of project lies in skilling through Basic Sewing Theory as well as practical exposure and Rubber Latex Harvesting Training as per Rubber Sector Skill Council recommended norms. The sewing machines as well as Latex Harvesting tools would be provided for effective and efficient training. The overall project will result in social and economical growth of the communities under final support from Indigrid supported project under Corporate Social Responsibility.
The backdrop of this project is to ensure safe, healthy students in school and reduction in drop out through availability of basic infrastructure in Laxmipur Senior Basic School, Mashauli, Near PK Bari,Unakoti District of Tripura. The proposed school is deprived of basic infrastructure and honourable Member of Legislative Assembly, Fatikrai has requested to help and develop the school.
